Welcome to Year 3

Welcome to Year Three!

Year Three is an important year as children progress from KS1 into KS2. We ensure all lessons are always creative, engaging and challenging and support each child. Children are expected to practise their times tables daily via Times Table Rockstars and to read daily at home.

Every Monday, children will receive spellings and maths facts to learn, which they will be tested on each Friday. Please spend 10 minutes a night learning them.

P.E is every Tuesday and Friday during the Autumn 2 Term. Please make sure your child comes to school in a full PE kit on their PE days. Hair must be tied up and jewellery removed.

Keep an eye out on the school Dojo page and our class website page for updated photos and information on our learning journey throughout the year. We look forward to supporting and encouraging your child’s amazing learning this year as well as being there for home support if needed.
