Welcome to Year 3

 

Welcome to Year Three! The class teachers are Mrs Mangera and Mrs Higgins. 

 

Year Three is an important year as children progress from KS1 into KS2. We ensure all lessons are creative, engaging and challenging and support each child. Children are expected to practise their times tables daily via Times Table Rockstars and to read daily at home. 

 

Every Monday, children will receive spellings and maths facts to learn, which they will be tested on each Friday. Please spend 10 minutes each night learning them. 

 

P.E changes every half term, so please keep your eye out on the Class Dojo page for updates on day changes. Please make sure your child comes to school in a full PE kit on their PE days. Hair must be tied up and jewellery removed.
